In the event of a return, you are only responsible for repacking the mattress so that it reaches our factory in good, clean condition. We do not provide the tape, plastic bags and cardboard boxes necessary for thorough repacking. In the event of a return, you do not need to fold or re-compress your bed. You will simply need to cover the mattress in plastic and cardboard for a safe return trip. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
